Torsen differential
The chaindrive differential is made of a 1992 Audi V8 diff. It have a torque sensing (TORSEN) diff inside that I want.

This is the TORSEN diff from the Audi V8 rear diff.

I´ve removed the bearings and ring gear. I´ve started to make a aluminium housing.

The diff housing is starting to look fine. I´ve TIG welded a cirkular plate on one side which bolts on to the diff side. After some polish it looks like this.
