Rear PUSH ROD Suspension

I started out with measuring the travel of the pushrod with full suspension travel of 120mm.

I made a sketch of the rockerarm geometry.

4mm sheet steel. Drilling 10mm and 12mm.

Making more holes.

SKF ballbearings. There will be two bearings on each rocker arm. They is rated to 1100kg each.

I TIG welded the plates together and bolted on the bearings. Almost done. There will be some more cutting so the shocks will go free.

I made some mounting brackets which I spotwelded on to a 32mm tube. NOTE: I will make more reinforcements to the 32mm tube!

The geometry is working fine!

Side view.
